Michael is an Implementation Project Manager at Transcarent. He has experience with project management, learning management systems, and has worked with customers nationwide on clinical training strategies and creating innovative solutions to meet patient care needs in the inpatient and remote monitoring space. Michael has helped to implement hospital-at-home and chronic care management programs using remote and virtual care platforms, in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and the CMS waiver in response to the nation's public health emergency.

In addition, he was the clinical product owner of GE Healthcare's Alarm Analytics portfolio, and helped to kickstart many systems in their pursuit of quality improvement in alarm management principles. His background experience is in trauma and cardiothoracic surgical nursing, having worked in various Magnet and academic healthcare facilities.

His passion for top-quality patient safety and process improvement was utilized in the shared governance and practice councils he was part of, serving both as a leader and subject matter expert in his area of healthcare quality. Michael's CPHIMS designation is aligned with his vision to promote a haven of safe management of health information systems and system-wide interoperability in the healthcare industry.
